St Peters Infant's School Governors

Parent Governor Vacancy - currently one vacancy

About the Governors

There are no committees; the Governors meet as a Full Governing Body at each meeting seven times per year.

Who are we and what do we do?

We are a team of people (comprised of staff, parents and community representatives) who work closely with the Headteacher to make key decisions vital to the successful running of the School. We play an important role in improving standards throughout and agree the School's budget. In other words, it is a meaningful role that we don't take lightly.

How can we be contacted?

Governors can be contacted through the School Office. Two of them are parents of pupils who can often be found around the School Entrance at the beginning or end of the day. If you have any queries, do ask.

Co-opted Governor

There is currently a vacancy for a Co-opted Governor. Should you wish to find out more about this role, please do enquire at the school office.
